Hereβs the LATEST UPDATE from the Desert, and make no mistake β the Pallotti Panthers came to represent the DMV π΅πΎ
Three games in. Battle-tested. Locked in.
The Panthers opened the tournament with a tough loss to Omaha North, falling 64β66 on a buzzer-beater with just 1.7 seconds left. A gut punchβ¦ but also a wake-up call. This team didnβt fold β they fueled up.
Against Compton (Linwood), California, Pallotti faced another rough start. Champions adjust. The Panthers rallied, took control, and closed strong for a 59β46 victory, reminding everyone why they belong on this stage.
Then came McClintock.
A team averaging 60+ points per game.
A team labeled βa tough out.β
The Panthers answered with LOCKDOWN DEFENSE and pure execution, rolling to a 57β40 decisive win, holding McClintock under 40 β period. That wasnβt just a winβ¦ that was a message.
Now it all comes down to the final game. Win tomorrow morning and the Pallotti Panthers come home CHAMPIONS, carrying the DMV banner with pride from the desert back home.
The only concern heading into the final: health. Several players - Including Skylar "Sky's The Limit" Elliott, Raegan Harris, and Savanah Whitley - are battling severe colds or Injury. Sunday was a much-needed rest and recovery day as these warriors prepare to leave it all on the floor when it matters most.
π SEND THE LOVE. SEND THE ENERGY. SEND THE PRAYERS.
We are beyond proud of these young women β their heart, resilience, and fight
have been nothing short of inspiring.
